It pours a sparkling, slightly hazy, golden body under a finger-thick, creamy off-white head as dense as can be. Pleasant barnyardish nose with horseblanket and some citrus. Really pleasant funk. The flavor is mostly sourish, but there is also some residual sweetness, or at least something making it feel that way. Dry. Sharp, lemony finish with lots of funk.
