2 bottles of Bush Blonde 10.5%
500 gr. of S2 sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
500 gr. of dried Agen prunes
Riz Condé (rice pudding-based dessert) or vanilla ice cream
Icing sugar
Poached prunes à la Bush Blonde , Bush Blond, Ale, Dessert, recipe, belgian beer store, online shop, beer planet


Heat the Bush Blonde with the S2 sugar.
Add the 2 cinnamon sticks.
Reduce the juices to a syrup.
Add the dried Agen prunes.
Poach them for ¼ of an hour by immersing them in the simmering syrup.
Remove them from the juices and store them in a cool place.
Serve 6 prunes per person, placing a quenelle of riz Condé or 3 balls of vanilla ice cream in the centre of the plate.
Top with the cooking juices reduced to warm or cold caramel as desired.
Dust the plate with icing sugar.
