Deep, hazy chestnut brown with a medium, frothy, white head that fizzes away fairly quickly. Aroma has chocolate, dusty notes, madagascar peppers, milky, some hazel. High carbonation, fairly dry and creamy mouthfeel still. Flavour is sweet, good sweetness, malty, caramel, milky chocolate. A bit of a peppery finish with some mild liqourice. |
