A brown beer of high fermentation, it has a powerful seasoning and coriander. When the fermentation and clarification are complete, doses of yeast and brewing sugar are added for refermentation in the bottle. This is based upon the brewing tradition of Floreffe abbey. Like all the beers in the Floreffe range, it is Recognized Belgian Abbey Beer approved.
